I just want to say that at this time I am trying that toddler challenge.
I'm doing pretty well. I learned a lot from watching Pib.
The game is cheating me out of days. I think it is 3 but maybe 4 toddlers only have 3 more days and the rest have 4 more days. That's not fair.
They are all potty trained. I have a very good but very tired sitter. I started the game at 8PM on a Tuesday and it is now 11PM on Thursday. I'm going to try to get through all of this today or I may never go back to it. :)
Back to the challenge. See ya, if I survive with my sanity intact.

ReplyDeleteI changed his traits first. I'll be finished with this today. I'll post about it later. It's a lot of fun but I am going to fail big time. Since the game took away a day for 3 of them, those three will be aging up today (sim day). The other four have another day to learn stuff.
I'm going on page three just trying to keep track of everyone.
One baby sitter stopped coming. Just got a new one. Guess the first one was too exhausted.
Josh? Oh, boy. That's awesome. I bet all the toddlers are cute. Who was the donor momma?
ReplyDeleteThere was no donor mom. The toddlers were cute. I went into create a sim, aged sims down to toddler and then made them all his kids with the relationship thing.
ReplyDeleteI'm finished now. They are all children and as I predicted, I failed.
I learned something by accident that others may already know.
Simon popped up in create a sim and I aged him back to toddler and changed him to female. That toddler had his freckles and when she aged to child, she still had the freckles.
I'll wait until after Pib finishes with her toddler challenge before posting mine. I bet she does better than I did.
You got all of them potty trained? Wow, I am impressed.

The game did not cheat me of any days though.
Hi PiB, I really don't think having another day would have made a difference. I would still not have been able to get them all trained in everything.
ReplyDeleteI'm working on getting the story saved now. I'm not uploading yet though. When I do it will be in the freewilling sims blog where the old Josh is. It will be in three parts. I'm working on part two now.
I'm having fun arguing with him again.
I'm not even close to training all of them in anything other than Cherry learning to walk. I'm really not even trying, survival is quite sufficient.

I didn't want to jump in ahead of you on the challenge PiB. After all, you started it first. I wouldn't even have know about it if you hadn't done it.
ReplyDeleteI'm finshed now. All three updaes are sitting in my, whatever that place is, ready to go.
I wanted to be able to have him teach them everything. Didn't happen. Therefore, I failed. They did survive though. I didn't even try to keep up with points.
I'll go post part 1 now.
