Chrysame, use Porter and move Jack, Gwen, family, the dads, Brooke and maybe even Mick to BB? I've heard good reports on using that to get families to new hoods that work.
Read the pack and particularly the unpack instructions but I hit a forum message just yesterday about someone using porter and moving their family to a fresh Sunset Valley which worked much better than the old.
Nnngh... yeah, make sure you take lots of screenshots. It'll be nice to hear your opinion though, Chyrsame... Maybe if you have some nice things to say about it, I'll consider getting it.
Is it sad that I'd rather spend 1650 simpoints on actually buying clothes and hairstyles than buying a new town? ;D
Not at all Kaleeko. Bridgeport is coming and your Sims aren't ready to leave Twinbrook yet.
I'm on the fence cause you get pirate hats and boots and a new town. :) I even know who would move there if I did get it. Brooke and John Edward - small families, not too bad.
I am going to have to fire it up at least for a little while tonight. I'll try to get a few screenshots. :) I like it from what I saw of it this morning. I was busy going around trying to find stuff so didn't actually play it. It's small but not too small. Has lots of room to place our own lots and place houses.
Well, that sure as heck leaves us out. I have purchased bundles. I'm going to see if I can upload a couple of pics here in the group blog. That way everyone will see them. I stuck Alicia into Barnacle Bay. Made her look like a pirate. Changed a few traits. Just playing around. I was so busy checking out the town that I forgot about her. :D
I got around it. I had one game that hadn't been registered on the site. Yay! I registered it under my kitten's name using Chrysame as the referral. Macintosh (kitten) purchased a points bundle and Chrysame (his referral) got the divalicious stuff and 300 simpoints.
I spent some of Mac's bundle booty on gifts. The rest I'll save for new sets as they come out.

ReplyDeleteI want the referral sets especially Divalicious but you have to find someone who has never purchased a bundle to use your referral. Bummer.
