How to Alter The Nraas's Woohooer Tuning Mod

As Chrysame have requested this is a simple (I hope) explanations of how to change the tuning of the Woohooer package.
 I put it here because there are links and an image.

Steps:

1. If you don’t have it already:  Get Net Framework 3.5. This is needed to make s3Pe Package Editor to work.
2. Download the main program: s3Pe Package editor and install it.
3.  Then, open the Nraas_Woohoer Tuning package
4.  You will see two list of names Tags there: _KEY and _XML. 
5. Click the _XML to view the tuning parameter
6.  Click the External Notepad to edit the tuning as you wish. (You will see it opened in notepad so you can easily change it).
