- allows you to set options in game, not just via tuning mod
- has a new trait based scoring system that lets you gage how attractive another Sim is to your sim (and vice versa)
- unlocks teen stuff without the need for a separate mod (woohoo and pregnancy apparently)
- unlocks romance/woohoo for near relations
Personally, I'm not the least interested in the last two. My teens rarely get much dating time, they aren't getting any bed time. And I'm not particularly interested in near relations being able to get into a bed either. But the trait based scoring system and the options can be set in game sounds very nice indeed.
I tried it a little this morning, PiB. The trait based is very nice. If you want to, you can gauge compatibility.
ReplyDeleteThe nice thing is that you can adjust settings in game like any of his other mods. You can turn off those things you don't like and adjust the chances of pregnancy.
I only played with it for the briefest of time. I made sure the near relative was turned off as was the teen/adult.
And I turned off teen woohoo! No thank you, very much!
ReplyDeleteYep, the ingame settings and gage compatibility == must have
ReplyDeleteTeen woohoo and near relation woohoo == false for me. Nice if you wanted the option but no thanks.
One great thing about Twallan is that he gives you options. BTW, Gwen and Jack scored a four out of four with each other. Not that I had any doubts but it was fun to see.
ReplyDeleteWe have achieved lightning bolts - sort of. :)
ReplyDeleteLOL I'm not surprised about Gwen and Jack. And I'll bet that Daddy O and Daddy J have a fine score too.
Hmmm! I look forward to trying this out. I'm a bit unsure how I feel about it though, because with it installed, I'm worried that my teen Sims will have children when using the time machine, if I have the teen pregnancy part turned on -- although, his teen pregnancy thing may not be as robust as the one I use, which unlocks lots of other interactions... which is why I have it installed in the first place. I do not want my teens woohooing, *especially* on their own.
ReplyDeleteGuess I'll have to install it to see it's full capabilities, though. It does make me a bit more tempted to try out the autonomous woohoo portion, but still probably not Risky. I'm just not that brave!
Does it actually show compatibility in the relationship panel? O.o I'm all curious now...
You can turn off in game the various options for teen woohoo, teen risky woohoo and teen try for baby.
ReplyDeleteIf you had to have that teen woohoo on, I wouldn't install it.
The compatibility thing is interesting. In the Friendly interactions - you can Gage Attraction (your sim to potential lover) and something else which measures how attracted the other Sim is to yours.
